Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • 24-Hour Cancellation Notice:

 

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an available slot.

  • Refund Eligibility:

If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will be eligible for a full refund of the amount paid. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the appointment time will not be eligible for a refund.

 

  • How to Cancel:

  • Refund Process:

Once a cancellation is confirmed, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used at the time of booking.

 

  • Late Arrivals:

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, please be aware that your session may be shortened to ensure that subsequent appointments are not affected. No partial refunds will be provided for shortened sessions due to late arrivals

  • No-Show Policy:

Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our refund policy.
